![]() This third page is only active if the digital wavetable or the doubled sawtooth is selected. The pitch and sync controls are placed in two pages at the bottom of the panel, grouped with a third page controlling the waveform. A noise generator andĪ ring modulator based on the signal of the three main oscillators are added for a total of five basic sound sources.Įach oscillator slot offers control over volume, pitch, and waveform synchronization. Three oscillator slots provide several different waveforms along with traditional analogue types like sine and sawtooth there is a digital wavetable oscillator containing a wide array of waveforms that can be crossfaded smoothly. The oscillator section produces the instrument’s basic signal. Several modulation sources such as envelope generators and LFOs (placed in a second page in the right panel column) and the global parameters (a third page in the right column) control the sound, adding additional liveliness and movement. The signal of the three oscillator section (left column of the panel) passes through a multi-mode filter (middle column) and is then routed to the effect units (right column). The panel has been optimized for usability, with a clear structure providing fast access to all parameters while hiding the technical complexity.īasically, Carbon2 is a classical subtractive synthesizer. In particular the oscillators and filters are now based on Reaktor Core components developed particularly for this instrument. ![]() SQP.Ĭarbon2 is based on Reaktor 4’s well-known workhorse synthesizer, but it has been completely rebuilt. And thanks in advance to anyone, who will respond. ens files (or maybe they are still included in Reactor 6? I can see Newscool on the product page right now), but I'm a rock musician, guitarist, and I'm not willing to pay 200$ for something I won't be using to its full potential. Also, I guess I could buy full Reactor 6 to use my old. Never became friends with the Newscool though. I really love the Space Drone, which can create anything from insect swarm to sci-fi static noise. ![]() Too bad I won't be able to use these ensembles anymore. After all software transfer, I'm going to use Windows 10 Clean Install feature on my old PC, which will wipe all installed programs and reset OS to defaults while maintaining all my documents. Some other dude on Gearslutz found his old installation package, and it worked, but he's on a Mac. So I was wondering if any of you happen to have an installation file for Windows by any chance? I hate to ask it like that, but I don't see other option. I also tried to enter the serial number into Native Access, and while it thanked me for "purchasing Factory Selection library", the Reaktor itself still goes into demo mode. I tried manually move ensembles to my new machine, but in that case, Reaktor goes into demo mode. Quick Google search revealed NI forum post where some dude said that NI support told him that "this download is not supported anymore". And when I got to the NI stuff I noticed that Reaktor Factory Selection is not present in the Native Access nor on the website. So I recently built myself a new PC and currently installing my software. ![]()
